Locus Classic Freezes after start

In Progress

Since a few days I 'm unable to start Locus Classic application. It freezes after the start and the screen looks like in the attachment. I have tried several restarts but it didn't help. I don't want to reinstall the app because I haven't done the backup copy for several weeks and I will loose a lot of data... Can anyone help with that?

Hi Pawel,

please, exclude Locus Map from all means of battery optimization and try it again.

To make a system bug report on an Ulefone Armor 27T Pro, enable Developer Options by going to Settings > About device > Build number and tapping it seven times, then return to Settings, go to System > Developer options, and select the bug report option, which generates a zip file containing the diagnostic information.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open Settings: On your Ulefone Armor 27T Pro, find and tap on the Settings app.
  2. Go to About device: Scroll down and tap on the About device section.
  3. Tap Build number: Find the Build number and tap on it seven times consecutively. This action will enable Developer Options.
  4. Return to Settings: Go back to the main Settings menu.
  5. Access Developer options: Tap on System, then select Developer options from the list.
  6. Generate the bug report: In the Developer options menu, find and select the option to Generate bug report.

After a short time, a zip file will be created on your device containing the bug report. This file includes diagnostic output, error logs, and system message logs, which are useful for troubleshooting.
