Automatischer Zoom

Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert der Zoom bei mir nicht mehr richtig, egal ob im Preset oder in den grundlegenden Einstellungen.
In der Navigation, ja selbst im Stand, wechselt der Zoom laufend in bis zu drei vierschiedenen Stufen, obwohl die Einstellungen dieses nicht vorgeben.
Wie gesagt, passiert das sogar, wenn mein Fahrzeug steht.
Ich habe das Fahrzeugpreset gelöscht.
Die laufende Zoomveränderung läuft dann aber weiter (über die Grundeinstellung).
Ich habe jetzt den automatischen Zoom abgestellt. Dann bleibt die Zoomeinstellung konstant. Das ist aber nicht Sinn und Zweck.
Wie kann ich das Problem beheben??
Eine Lösung würde mir wirklich guttun

I‘m on a Journey.
When I back home send I more Informations, also about settings for zoom.

Ich habe wahrscheinlich einen Aufenthalt im Dezember in Süddeutschland.
Es wäre dann nicht mehr so weit bis zu eurem Land.

sorry, but we don't provide "on-site" support as our team is scattered all over the Czech and Slovak Republics. I myself live in Eastern Moravia. I think it would be much more efficient to send a backup of your settings for a test. Thanks.
