Touch point on map and navigate to it

I would like to be able to pan the map and touch a point on it, have a pop-up menu come up and select navigate.
Many times I'm in the backcountry and would like to find a trail up to a ridge. If I can pan to that ridge and put my thumb on it and then select navigate, that seems like an easy option.
