Locus doesn't show own caches on GPX import

Not a Problem

Greetings.

I routinely import geocaches with a GPX file from GSAK or Grounspeak's website, but today I found that Locus doesn't recognise my own caches. My name is there as an owner, but they appear as not found caches.

For them to appear with a star (own cache) I need to update the caches with Locus.

Can this be fixed?

Thanks.

Within the GSAK's GPX-export dialog (CTRL+G) you have to deselect "Append counts to owner name"

Hi,

please, check that your geocaching name is correctly defined in Locus settings > geocaching > your (owner's) name:

010b62e03b265172bce6cee6a8dfe550fa28da8c5d60d0998c454f5c94b5826b

Then, please send a sample GPX for a test. Thanks!

Yes, it's correctly set.

I just tried with another set of caches of my own, and after importing to a new folder in my library, I show all those points on the map and all of them appear as normal caches (not found).

Your Owner name within GPX-file is "AntMadeira (F=4906 H=96)" - not just "AntMadeira". So maybe you didn't use a GPX from Geocaching.com, but from an GSAK-export using a certain Macro which includes Hide/Found Numbers within Owner names?

Well spotted. I believe this is the problem, but let's see if Michal confirms this.

I did make the export with GSAK, but I use the normal export function of GSAK, via the normal button or Ctrl+G, and I never noticed this before. :/
This is how I have it set in Options:

That worked!
So many years using GSAK and I never realized that...

Thanks a lot for your help!
