problem to purchase IGN maps

Hello,
I'm desperately trying to buy an IGN map for €59.46. Each time I get a "request failed" message (card not validated). Please use another payment card. I'm very surprised, as Locus does have my bank card details, given the numerous purchases I've already made. I use this card for all my transactions (banking, online shopping).
Given the number of customers experiencing problems with the payment system via Google Play, why not adopt another method?

If you don't want to use Google Play for purchasing LoCoins and the iGN subscription, consequently, you can purchase a LoCoin voucher at http://www.locusmap.app/voucher.

I followed the steps you outlined and was charged €19.40 (gold for one year), I can open the Locus Map app but cannot launch Premium. Nowhere does it say to enter the voucher code (which I received by email).
To resolve this issue, I will come back next year. Wishing you a very happy new year 2026.

IGN maps can't be purchased on the voucher site. Only the LoCoins.
1) purchase LoCoins on the voucher site
2) redeem the LoCoin voucher in the Locus Map app - the LoCoins are added to your account
3) subscribe to IGN maps in Locus Store for the LoCoins
No need to enter Google Play.
