Display of maps is not working. The screen is flickering like crazy for minutes. Can it be caused by the fact, Thatcher many pictures positions are displayed?

Hi Werner,

could you please post a video of the issue? What maps do you use? How many picture positions do you display?

Hi Michal,

thank you for taking care of my problem even in these specal days! Here is a number of pictures, the video was too big (an I don't know, how to reduce it's size sufficiently).

Meanwhile I found out: it depends on the setting "Karteninhalt / Classic Überlagerung" (Map-screen co... [unreadable] / Classic overlay). If I turn this of, it works fine.

It's independent of the maps, I am using: LoMaps or OpenAndroMaps.

It's independent of the number of pictures.

Hi Werner,

I can see you are using several features at once:

- map overlay

- dashboard

- custom live tracking

- geotagged media over the map

All is OK but the live tracking - the error announces a bad URL. I myself can't simulate any issue though even if I turn on a custom LT with a nonexistent URL. The overlay doesn't cause any flickering. Could you please take a video of the problem, place it on some shareable storage and send a link? Thanks

"Geotagged media over the map" on or off made no difference, dashboard neither.

Right now, I cannot reproduce the original heavy flicker as in the movie, but al light flicker which stabilizes after 2 sec., which restarts after each zoom or pan of the actual map

Unfortunately, not able to reproduce the issue. Perhaps the app re-install can help but please make a backup of your data before. Awaiting more feedback from other users as well. Until then, the case is closed.
