Custom filter for geotagged media - the last period set should remain saved

A question about the date filter for geotagged media:
In addition to fixed filters (any time, today, etc.), there is also a custom filter. I often set the same time period here, e.g. from my last holiday.
Every time I switch to another option (any time, today, etc.), I have to reset the custom time period afterwards.
Would it be possible for the last time period set to remain there?

do you mean to keep the "Custom time" value stored permanently. So even if you close the dialog and choose "Custom...", you always get old value?
This should be a little more complicated. But keeping a "Custom" value during editing, like a switch to e.g. "This month" and back to "Custom", should be doable. Is this what you want?
