thanks for the interesting idea. I remember I've already saw similar application on the Google Play.
Creating such app/feature is not an easy task and I believe, on Google Play should be a few apps that do this well. Give it a try and find any. What may Locus do, it is make easier transfer of recorded track to this app. If simply sharing of export GPX file won't work, we may discuss (also with app author) possible alternatives here.
Direct implementation into Locus Map will have close to zero priority in our timeline, sorry and thanks for understanding.

Ive been using WRPElevationChart, if you record track in locus, on the track share menu WRP will show, then you can play the track back using WRP, and use a screen recorder to make a video.
