I can't send the video file, but that's exactly the function that doesn't work.

See also the discussion on the forum. It appears to involve specifically routes made after January 2026.
Click on a route made after January 2027, then click on re-route. The route disappears from the screen and an empty planner is shown.
A fix is to open the route in the web planner, edit it there and save a copy.
