Does Locus still support smart watches?
Answered
Hi I have used locus map on a Galaxy smart watch for so many years. Now after phone change and software restore on the watch I can't find the Locus watch app in any store.
Is there any locus map software which supports smart watches? If I have to make everything new which versions I need? On which watches I can use it?
Thanks for your help (spring is just around the corner and I can't imagine how to survive without Locus on my watch)

Hi Stefan,
you can find the latest watch version here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.asamm.locus.addon.wear . You need to install it for both phone and watches.

Sorry for my late reply. Ok, I'm not able to install it on my Samsung smart watch. Is Tizen not longer supported?
When I have to buy a new watch s there anything I have to consider (e.g. display shape, operating system,...)?

Hi I'm really happy to use my Locus map as before but I have to come back one more time. The automatic display rotation doesn't work prober. Until now I haven't found parameter settings to solve this issue.
I use dynamic map orientation but when I check my position on the watch it takes sometimes several secconds that the map has correct orientation. It's also happens frequently that I look at my watch and the orientation is at the beginning ok but it jumps in the north position and after few secconds it goes back to the drive direction. On my old Samsung watch I never had this behavior. Do you have any idea?
