I've seen the same behavior with vs. 4.33.8, after total deinstallation and reinstallation of vs 4.33.9, the problem didn't occure again.

At the moment, when you tap the map out of the chart section and shift across it, it works - the map shifts or zooms. When you tap the chart area and try to shift or zoom the map, it doesn't work.
