Car route highway announces every exit.

When planning routes with a car profile, every exit on a highway is announced as "keep left".
When following a highway for hundreds of kilometers such an announcement every 3 km is very annoying.

Hello all. Now for online router there are no longer "stay left" messages on highways. For offline use the fix will be in new app version.
