It seems the raster map of Laos has been corrupted. Go to Locus Map Manager and delete the map. If it is not accessible via Locus Map, please do the following:
- install a powerful file manager, e.g. Total Commander, Solid Explorer or XPlore (or connect your phone to a PC with a USB cable and do it with your PC file explorer)
- go to /Storage/emulated/0/Android/data/menion.android.locus/files/locus/maps and delete the file laos.sqlitedb
- restart Locus Map
