AA: Shift map cursor

Hi,

on my Android Auto profile I have the "Shift map cursor" activated. When I open this preset on my Smartphone it works fine. When I use Android Auto it does not work. It get's active when I press the location button (see picture).

Hi Wolfgang,

Android Auto has its own setup; the setup you use on your mobile phone doesn't play any role in it. In AA, the cursor shifts when location centering is on.

I am wondering your response.

It took a while for me that the preset needs to be labeled "Auto" as it is here mentioned. I would say this works with most of the features - but even only most of them. Not regarding the moving map and the cursor shift.

I mean that the AA shifts the cursor even without this option set on the phone. With one difference: the location has to be centered.

I do not understand why there is a preset function for AA but this setting of the preset will be ignored. It's a great feature of LM to have these presets - I use them a lot of.

Please think about not to ignore this setting of the presets. Thanks Wolfgang.
