How to get to Gold

I decided to make the jump to Gold after these many years of LM3: that seems impossible for me as I get stuck on the 'confirm' in my ING app for the zero euro payment via credit card. I want to use LM4 because of Android Auto. If I buy a voucher then I pay the full and not my entitled half price for first year. So how to continue? Tnx

please try the following steps that a user with a similar problem sent to us:
-initialize the payment in the Locus Map app, waiting in the "Complete the payment with your bank"
-authorize the payment on a PC browser
-wait 10 seconds!
-then on the Locus Map app then press "Advance/Check payment/Continue"

Well, eventually it worked and the 'payment' was accepted in LM4. Pls do not ask me how: I both logged in to ING Bank on PC and re-attempted on phone to get to gold: I messed around back and forth between all Apps and PC and suddenly LM4 stated acceptance. So I held my breath and just clicked 'OK', pfew. Maybe I will be back here in 14 days. Thanks!
