Allow track recording profile activity to be edited, profile to be cloned

There are a huge # settings for each track recording profile. It's incredibly tedious to create a new profile simply because the activity of an existing profile can't be changed, or the profile can't be cloned as a starting point. Cloning is possible with Presets.
I like this idea 
How many profiles do you have? Do you create a new profile every week? I think that means you create at most 2–3 new profiles a year. That gives you plenty of time to quickly go through the options.
