Not a Problem

when a waypoint on the track chart is tapped, move the map accurately to that location, as opposed to interpreting the tap as just approximately on the chart body

I've created a video https://youtu.be/R1eRdq0PUrk with 1 waypoint that shows the problem - when I tap the waypoint icon, because I'm not zoomed in sufficiently, the map is panned to a location that is a long way off (further to west)

Hello Andrew,

this looks to me more like a bug, because it should work as expected. May you please share this problematic track with me over "Share by link" option in the map? Thanks.

Thanks Menion. The track in question (#2) was a test track. I had copied another & then manually added a geotagged photo waypoint as an experiment. Unfortunately I deleted that track. I don't normally have waypoints. If I do, I'll try to test. You can close the topic as you say it's a bug.

Oki, thanks. I'm closing it, because I can't simply simulate the problem and no other user reported it as well. In case, anyone will notice this problem, feel free to re-open this "issue" with shared track for test. Thanks
