Dear team,

in https://help.locusmap.eu/ the tab FAQ links to https://docs.locusmap.app/?utm_source=help_desk&utm_medium=top_menu&utm_campaign=general for which chromium based browsers show a message that the page is insecure and do not allow to bypass the waring and show the website – even when changing scheme https to http. Old opera shows it did supress a redirect to https://page.active24.cz/unknown.hosting.cz/ and does not allow to bypass the warning. Firefox can show the page.

Best regards,
Georg

I think this is what he means: When I try to open the user manual from the Locus 4 settings, I currently get an error message. The linked URL, docs.locus.app, cannot be accessed.

Hi all,

The User Manual page certificate is valid and active. We'll investigate the issue, though.

Meanwhile, try a few page reloads; it helps.

Hi,

it's still present. Attached a screenshot. Other websites work fine, so an issue on my side or my ISP's side seems unlikely.

Best regards,

Georg

Hi all,

is the problem still present? We've made some slight changes to the server settings that should help.
