Pictures with location in track recording

When I take some pictures during a track recording, they are displayed in Locus after saving the track(in the track information/details) ..but it would be usefull that when I click on anyone of them .the exact location to be selected/shown on the saved track where I had taken the respective picture

I do not know the present implementation, but when Locus will sense that a picture is taken, it can save an invisible point(part of the track) which correspond with the name of that specific picture( to be able to geolocate it even if I do not have that information in the EXIF )

If your showing the track, and the photo layer, it would show every photo taken over the track, and you can filter it to certain day

but these show in the main map view

what might be simpler is a "show photo layer with time filter = start/stop time of current track"

or the ability to import these in bulk as track photo points/waypoints...

available from the track page, this would remove previous photos taken nearby etc

issue is if you have photos taken from another device that dont have exif...

but you can add the exif using locus if you recorded a track, as the locus tasker plug can geotag photos as long as device times are correct...

Hi guys,

this feature will be available in the next app version.

It already works in Beta version (there will be one with improvements today), currently fully automatically. There are requests to make the photos on the map optional, so not visible always when selecting track - we will see. It is on discussion.
