delete red and blue lines along the streets?
Whe do i find the former button
"Hike & bike"
to delete them?

In Online LoMaps it's still not possible. (Only in offline maps you can hide them).
As a workaround, use LoMaps Ski, colours are pale but in most regions (where skiing is not relevant) you will see a pure map without hiking/biking trails.
