Attempt to download offline vector map from Locus store causes Locus Pro to stop

Hi;
I recently did a factory reset on my phone, losing all my stored maps in the process. After reinstalling all apps, I went to the Locus Store to re-download maps for England, Ontario, and Quebec. England downloaded OK, but whenever I try to download Ontario or Quebec I get the message "Unfortunately, Locus Pro has stopped."
Does anyone have any advice or a solution to my problem? Thanks in advance.
