Track edit - split and delete part of the route

I would like to use Locus for editing routes. I miss here two function. Split one route into two or more new routes. And delete part of the route. Most beginning or end of route.

That link no longer works. Please advise how I can delete part of a saved track. Basically I messed up stopping the record & inadvertently kept it running during a ferry trip after my hike, which I naturally don’t want "contaminating" my hike data. Thanks for any hints.
