Text color of "Loading..." text on empty map tiles

Like to change status text color.
eg "Loading ...",
"Access denied",
"Map is not available for this area"...
because i set
# color of empty tiles (default: #FFEBE8E5)
in the config.cfg file to black color.
Why?
1. I hate bright light of non loaded tiles at evening
2. nightmode is a other option - but i only want change "color of empty tiles"
3. there is a setting to do this :)

Not best in case of "nightmode", but better then now ;).
