Howto adjust order of icons in right panel?

I have a fair amount of icons in my right panel, 9 in total. Both Locus functions and apps (like GCC and Calculator).
All fine, but how can I change their order? Now it seems as it follows the order of adding functions to the panel. I fiddled but did not find howto. Locus 3.10.x.

Anyway answer is simple - drag & drop functions by their icons on left side.

Yep, dragging is what I was expecting, but do not get that to work for me. When I push one of the icons, a window pops up with: Information, Change Panel. No matter whether I push the icon short or long, cannot drag it. I seem to remember that dragging indeed used to work, but it does not (for me) lately, in recent versions.

Drag icons in editing screen. In screen where you add/remove items, not directly on map!
