Elevation shading for maps I have?

I just bought Pro, mainly to get elevation shading. I downloaded a Locus vector map and was offered the shading download after the map download finished. The shading download attempt didn't connect with a server.
No doubt this is a temporary glitch - but how do I try again? I can't see a way to get shading for a map I already have.

be sure you have enabeled shading in settings
and follow manual

as balloni55 suggested. Anyway were you able to simulate problem with downloading HGT files? Because I never saw any problem before. Or it was an issue with internet connection of your device?

I have unreliable internet, so the problem was probably at my end. I later downloaded another map and was able to download the shading.
