Internal server error by loading Pocket Query

Not a Problem

Hi,

my LocusMapPro v3.10.3 is unable to load my geocaching Pocket Queries (Menu>More>Geocaching tool..) It is showing "Message:ReturnCode:500 - Message:Internal Server Error" (see attachment)

Same here, but exit GC-account and new sign on often works fine. Yesterday it went OK without exiting GCaccount but several attempts to download. Maybe there was a problem with Groundspeak server?

Hello Stanislav,

I've tried to investigate the issue but it seems that it has to be some temporary issue on groundspeak server. Because Groundspeak server response with message: "File does not exist". But when I try to repeat the request the response is successful. Does it happen with every PQ file? Would you please try to create the smaller PQ?

Same happen to me to Petr a while ago on completely fresh PocketQuery file.


But if error message is on GroundSpeak server (which is no big surprise to be true), then everything is OK and we should just wait a while till they end with their today game ...

I' having this problem since 4 days now...

Until today it was just needed to log out an in, to fix it. But today event this is not helping. Getting the error the whole time with every PQ

I have seven PQ on Groundspeak... This morning I tried to import them together and then individually, but unsuccesfully...


NOW it works! (At first individually only - and then all-together)

So it seems, the problem was solved by Groundspeak.

So I'm sorry for the fuss and thanks a lot
