Access denied to Swiss Topo offline maps

Hi
I have Locus pro 3.11.1 installed on Android 4.4.4 on a Samsung Xcover 3. From the Locus store I have downloaded 4 Swiss Topo maps and stored locally, everything was working well for weeks. Since 2 weeks Locus shows a "Access denied" message instead of the Swiss Topo maps. Other online maps and locally stored vector maps still work well. I have tried to reinstall the maps without success. The maps are stored on Locus/maps/swissmaps/mapname.sqlitedb and mapname.sqlitedb-journal. I have downloaded the app "SQLite Manager" and with that app I can open those SQLite DB's successfully and browse the content. Any help would be appreciated very much. Thanks in advance.
