When I add a new point, it will show a value of gps coordinate, what's the value? It's the screen center? Gps? Or some others, actually the most frequently I use is the value come from gps. Could I change the default coordinate limited only from 'gps'.

Hi Feng Tao,

default is map center. If you press centering map button (number 7 here:http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_mainscr_ctrl ) before you'll create new point, both GPS position and map center are identically.

I think may be better we could change the default. Such as when i need add new point consecutive of the values from gps or others, Under current situation. I should press centering button first, or each time choose the value settings.

Rgards.

Good day Feng,

from experience during last few years, there were no complains on current system. So sorry, but I have no serious reason to change current system.

When you need to add more points in a row, I suggest to check function called "Quick add point", which may speed up this a lot : http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:points:quick_add . Anyway this function use map center coordinates in all cases, so be aware of it.

Thanks, it's convenient. How about move some function buttons used most frequently to the map view page. Such as 'add a point' and 'record a route' and so on. Such as there is a '+' on the map page. When I press that, it will show some fuctions which I used most frequently, and the menu I could modify by myself.

Hmm, what about try to use "Functions panel" - http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:panel ? I'm sure, you'll find there all you need. Try it.
