Not a Problem
Hello - anytime i want to load an activeoutdoormap ( paid ), i get a server fault 2 cant progress since a week. Can you help?

I've tried to download the Outdooractive Cologne map and everything is OK. Would you please send me screenshot of your "fault" I'm not sure if I can understand what exactly happen.

I have trouble with hardcopy, so I try again to explain with my terrible English.
I've tried to download a map, download begin and end at 0 percent and pop up mistake server error 2. That happens on every attempt.

thank you for post but It's quite complicated to understand what exactly happen. Would you please send me:
- the name of map you want to download
- are you able to create screenshot with error dialog?
- would you please also check the internet connection?
