I downloaded the OSM regional Hike & Bike 5 times in different variants of this map.
How can put them together .. to make a single map out of it.

your description is not clear for me, please describe it a little more precise.
If you have different maps from same area and you own Locus PRO you can try a second map as overlay

Hi Otto,
unfortunately this is not possible in Locus. Please use "Supplementary download (SQL)" for next downloading - in case that you need to increase the area of your map coverage. Please see http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_download#final_settings_and_confirmation
