More types of track lines

Completed

Currently there are 3 types of line for a track: simple color, according to speed and according to altitude. I think that at least according to speed/altitude change would be great to have. So track will change color when altitude/speed is increasing or decreasing. This will give nice overview of terrain/speed change.

Another idea is according to altitude and speed change at the same time. Color can be used for altitude and line style (length of dashes) can be for speed change (or vice versa).

related to track colors is the following idea: when displaying a few tracks in the same area (like all bike trails on a single mountain), they all have the same color and i cant really tell which is which. it would be nice if locus could

slightly modify the color for each imported track

(have a yes/no setting for this).

So when I import "lapalmatrailnetwork.gpx" or twenty separate trails from wikiloc or whatever, they will all have more or less my configured base color but still be slightly different and immediately distinguishable on screen.

"Slightly" means just a subtle change in hue, ie not from blue to green or whatever.

ps, i also think that the box which shows the track name on the map should use the tracks color as background color. or maybe a mix of the track color and grey for better readability? but at least something that clearly shows which track the box belongs to. it is quite hard to tell wight now when you have many tracks in one place.

Yes, there should be certainly a slightly different coloours between each track. I was also thinking, that each category ( bike, car, train ) should have it`s own configurable colour of recorded track. And the type of the track should be chosen before or during the track recording.
