Is there a way to share a live map so I can edit points (like attaching a picture) and everyone will see it live?
Can i store the poi file in a cloud service? and than excec it from difrent deviceces ?

live map as you describe it cannot be shared. Nevertheless, you can share your live position with the livetracking feature (see more here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:live_tracking).
As for storing POI dtb in a cloud - yes but probably not as you imagine - server sync solution for Locus hasn't been established yet. There is a way - copy Locus/data/database/waypoints.db to any cloud storage and retrieve it in another Locus.
