Convert kmz map file to format supported in offline maps

1. I want to convert kmz map file of 300 MB + to SQLite or format which can be opened in offline locus maps , is there any free/paid convertion software or app (other than mapc2mapc)
2. what is price of paid version of locus pro. how many tiles can be downloaded / day in paid version.
3. I m using locus pro ver 2.12.0, but store is not functioning in locus pro.

2. If your device is to old - new pro version doesn't not work. So you can install older pro version:

Just one important info - limits for downloading of online maps are same in Locus Map Free and in Locus Map Pro. So If you may simply check exact limits in Free version.
