How to create map for locus

I want to download offline map or create any offline map with highest zoom levels. which can be used in locus , preferably if I can download google (hybrid) maps from any source ar any method tp create it , pl guide me in detail.

As for Google Maps, according to Google's terms of use the maps can't be displayed nor downloaded in Locus.
