Is it possible to create or edit Dasboards on PC?
When I open "White_simple.lb" Dashboard in Notepad or other tools, I get only some cryptic characters.
" W‡Š sBIT3 € aIDATx"....
I have read the Locus API knowledge articles, but i didn't find anything.

unfortunately, dashboard files are binary files that is able read only Locus itself. So it is not possible to edit dashboard out of Locus.

you can use Locus in a virtual machine environment to create the dashboard.
