Good day Igor,

when Locus requests permissions during first start, it completely freeze and you can only terminate it?

Unfortunately I'm not aware of any such issue. You use rooted device? You tried latest 3.16.0 version of Locus? Are you using some other tools that may for example prevent other apps from using some permissions or that generally modify possibilities of applications? Also, are you able to create a log: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log

Thank you.

Hi, Menion

I understand you, I'm sorry, these are not questions from me - and from another person who wants to try Locus.

Uh ... briefly.

Attempts to establish locus Free 3.16.0, 3.14.2, 3.5.3 on Android 6.0.1 and 5.1.1.

with root, without google account and Gapps

Error 10403

Is there any way out?

Hmm, this does not look like problem with Android or something similar. I'm not able to translate what is wrote on screen, anyway it looks like Locus is unable to download additional libraries at start due to unavailable internet connection.

Topics that mentioned gynta are focused on Locus Pro without GPlay, but it this case it's not working even a Free version.

Internet during installation - ok!

Free version (apk) should in fact be placed in any case, is not it?

Yes, Free version should work without any limits on all devices (with Android 4.0+).

Internet is needed only for the first time, later not.

Since more then a month, Locus Map Free/Pro are both available on Amazon Store, so it is possible to use them without a Google services. This is an alternative solution to "Google free" device problem.

I bought Locus Pro on GooglePlay. How to install Locus Pro on the phone without Google Services?

Good day,

it is not possible to use Locus Map Pro purchased on Google Play without Google Play application installed. Google Services are anyway not necessary for Locus Map. Thanks for understanding.
