Not a Problem

Good Day,

there is an problem with Trackables. If you Import an geocache to Locus, the trackables are not visible, but if you refresh the Geocache, than the trackables are visible (see attached Screenshots). I hope this error can be fixed.

Thanks in advance!

By the way: I have only an Basic-Memership at Geocaching.com

Unfortunately this is feature. For basic members it's not possible to retrieve all cache details in one request / call as for premium members, but luckily there exist another call to retrieve trackables only. This call is part of geocache update process. This is why you get trackables after update.

Ok

Another Question:

Showing all kinds of geocaches (Mystery Caches, Multicaches,...) are only avaiable for premium members?

Because at geocaching.com at the map you can see all kind of caches as Basic member

And my last question arount this topic:

Why can Locus now only download Basic Information for an geocache? In erlier version it was possible to change this option, but now It's greyed out (see attached Screenshot). Is this now only avaiable for premium members?

Unfortunately both is available for premium members only.

Geocaching.com website is not too restricted as Geocaching Live API which was mainly created for premium members from their point of view.

At January 18, Grounspeak (company who develop Geocaching.com) silently decided to change one call which 3rd party partners used for basic members. This call allowed download more information for basic members. Now it's not possible to use this call for basic members any more (it's restricted to 3 geocaches per day).
