Better support for kml in data/ items

I had downlod a kml file for digital typhoon information from:
http://agora.ex.nii.ac.jp/digital-typhoon/kml/active-t.en.kml
Original web page in here:

However it can not be correct display in Locus, see image:
Because we can find very many resource for kml format.
So, Locus can better support the KML in future ?

for me is this overlay mirrored displayed in locus on vertical axis, see also mirrored yellow text.
In GE top left ok, and in locus top right mirrored

Hello guys,
quite an unsolvable problem for now. Issue is because overlay is laid over 180° meridian and Locus is unable to handle this correctly. Sorry, for now I do not have a solution for this.
