How do you share a track on Facebook in miles as opposed to kilometers?

Answered

I am using Locus Map Pro configured for miles because I live in a backwards country. When I share them on Facebook the accompanying graphic is displayed using metric units. This data remains unintelligible to my backwards friends and family. Is there a way to change how this data is shared?

Good day Stephen,

issue is of course on Locus side and I'll fix it to next Locus version.

Tell me please in which format is best to publish for "speed" and "pace" values?

Speed in "ft/s" and pace in "s/ft", is it ok? Or is better "miles/s" for speed and "s/miles" for pace?

I am used to seeing speed in mph. I'm used to pace on treadmills reporting time to complete a mile. But I think you are asking for something different. We (scouts/orienteering) typically measure our pace over 100 feet. It gives us a reasonable approximate whole number.

Please feel free to ask me again if I totally misunderstood the question.

Good day Stephen,

thank you for your anwer. I've for now improved just distance and speed values. Pace will be improved later as we are in planning of some improvements to this feature of Locus Map.

If there will be any problem in next Locus version, let me know.
