KML network link refresh not triggered by zoom
Solved
KML network links have a <viewRefreshMode></viewRefreshMode> that is triggered nicely by Locus when scrolling the map. It is however NOT triggered when zooming only (eg by +- buttons). That is a bug... the refresh needs to be triggered on zooming as well.
