Incomplete download of Shocart map (Beskydy-Javorniky)

I purchased the Shocart map Beskydy-Javorniky, however the map download crashed after cca 20% (Error 2 was the message) and I can't find a way how to resume the download. Please advise.

Hello,
I can see from your history that map was not downloaded. You can downloaded map again if was not downloaded properly. Please try to remove partially downloaded map file in /Locus/maps/shocart/Beskydy-Javorniky.sqlitedb. Then go to the Locus store and try to download the same map again.
Please let me know about progress

yes, I followed the recommended procedure and I was able to complete the download. Now it works as expected.
