Make "Record" Button on map screen deselectable

With automatic 3.18.2. (PRO) upgrade two buttons appearing newly on my map view. One of them could be deselected in the setting, not so the "Record" button (grayed in the setting part). I always use the side screen for recording and have placed a REC Button in my upper contol bar settings to save screen size and have a clear map screen. So I don't need a second one. This thing has annoyed me so much (i.e. with dash board active) that I downgraded to 3.17.2 again. THANKS.

To make it 100% clear what is asked for : KEEP the "Record" Side Screen, but let the "REC" Button be deselectable.
