Since new themes "fietsknooppunten"-points are no longer displayed

Hi,
Since the new themes for (offline) maps merged the "hiking" and "biking" themes into one "hiking & biking" theme the fietsknooppunten-points are no longer displayed. These points are from the Fietsknooppuntennetwerk used in the Netherlands and Belgium by many people to plan their bicycle-tour.
Right now I have to use the online OpenCycleMap instead of the offline Vector maps.
Could you diplay these points again in the "Hiking & Biking"-theme or at least make them an option like Bicycle routes, MTB routers etc?

I'm sorry for troubles and thank you for report. This is a bug and it'll be fixed in next version of Locus app.
