Seriously, why do you need access, even when my device is turned off?
I've been using Locus for a while and am reinstalling after a file disaster. It's a truly great ap, but not so great that I want to let you run my google+

There is only one reason for access to your Google account - login to Locus store. There is not neccesary to allow access to your account, if you don't want to use Locus store.
