Would it be possible to see the real time air quality tiles in Locus, like the ones available here:

this is possible with Locus Map, anyway it needs a little work.
We have description how to add custom online maps into Locus Map here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:advanced:customization:online_maps , so please check it if mentioned method is usable for you.
