I'm sorry but we don't plan to add such map. However you could prepare own custom map - there are two possibilities
1. Use Mapc2mapc , geo-reference arbitrary image and export Locus map. For more info please see - http://www.the-thorns.org.uk/mapping/help/locus.html or http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:advanced:convert_images_to_sql
2. Locus itself has feature Map calibrator that is also able to convert static image into map - please see http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_tools
