Add "Screen ON/Off Control" setting to presets

As already mentioned here: http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/more-settings-in-presets, I'd like to have "Screen ON/Off Control" (http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:settings:display) settable via presets.
I normally use Screen ON/OFF setting in "biking mode", but don't need gestures in "hiking mode" for example. Therefore, it would be nice to have this setting switcheable through presets.
