Information of trip by voice - summary of recording track

Is it possible to implement a voiced summary of the recording tracks. While running or mountainbiking it is helpful to get this information. The interval of the information should be adjustable by distance or time (both).

Informatin by distance is very helpful for running. If you reached the next 500 m you will get the information and also further details of your average speed, estimated arrival time, remaining distance ... It is very motivating to get this information in short intervals while running because you see directly any improvements in speeds. While running I can't look permanent on the screen.

For Mointainbiking an interval by time is more helpful. Due to climbings it is helpful to know after 30 minutes what has been reached during the last periode.

What do you think?

Good day Davidos,

I think I have nice surprise for you. This feature is already implemented. Just enable "Audio coach" during your track recording and you will get these voice notifications.

Check menu > settings > track recording > Audio coach.

Let me know if this works or if you will have any additional questions.

@menion - regards menu > settings > track recording > Audio coach

Could this setting display the currently selected "training" if enabled? Use similar format to "Automatic start" setting?

Little complicated because this option behave little bit different. It's a simple "button" that just display "Audio coach" screen and not some settings that change it's value ( like "auto start" option ).

I still hope, I'll find some better place where to add it, but was not yet success. At least it may be quickly selected in side menu when track recording starts, which looks for me like ideal spot.

Thanks for understanding.

@menion - not sure I understand your reasoning. Below I have 3 "trainings" - weird name BTW. I have tapped "1min test" and is displayed red by Locus, so I assume is autostart with track recording - that's my experience.

So why not in track recording settings display this currently selected "training", similar style to Automatic start="common"? eg:

Good day Andrew,

I understand you point, thanks for explanation. I tried to say, that it is partially a technical problem little more complicated to solve. Thanks for understanding.
