Export to VeloHero is apparently not working

It seems like I have the same problem as a year ago on another topic: http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/export-to-velo-hero-is-not-possible


If I try to export the track to a VeloHero, I get an error message ("Invalid name or password").

Importing gpx over the VH web interface works seamlessly, I sign up with the same L/P.

I do not know from what version of Locus this is not working (i use 2.23.2 now), I have been out of the game for a long time because of a car accident.


Does anyone have the same problems? Or is it just my problem?

I'd try emptying Locus temporary data in your device system and re-log in VeloHero service via Locus.

firstly, please upgrade to the current Locus version 3.23.2. Many thing have changed since 2.23.

I did everything according to your advice and now everything works.

Probably a problem with old temporary data (logout and re-login I have already tried before)...
