Is there any possibility to delete an offline map only partially?

first of all thanks for that great app <3
My problem: I am preparing a trekking vacation in scandinavia (Nordkalottleden which crosses NO, SE and FI) and been downloading maps for a while.
As it seems, there is currently no option to move the maps to an external SD card. So I am limited to ~4GB.
During the last 10 days or so I downloaded a relativly large part of northern Norway (up to zoom 13) and more detailed maps along the track (up to zoom 16 for tiles within 1km of the track). Now I realized that I was a bit too greedy. Stupid - the internal storage is full.
Is there any possibility to remove some parts of the file (e.g., only my DLs on zoom 13). Or is deleting the complete file (and redownloading it...) the only way to get some space? :/

I may also suggest to give it a try to LoMaps ( from Locus Store ) or any other source of vector maps available on internet. They are really small and also quite fast with rich detail on most places. And just for some most important areas, you may download a lot less amount of tiled maps. Just small tip ...

Mh, Locus doesn't like my SD card.
I relocated my three maps to the SD card. Locus displays two of these (the 2GB-file of the norwegian map is somehow corrupted). However, when I try to extend my maps (supplementary downloads) I get the following message:
'Process unsuccessfull. Locus map cannot create or edit the map on SD card. Please change the map directory.'
Accordding to the Android application manager Locus has only permission to read from the SD card.
Is locus generally unable to write on SD cards? So I assume I have to keep my files on my internal storage while extending them (?) :/

On my first attempt to move my 3 maps to my SDcard, two of them were successful. The 1.9-GB-Norway-Map was not - "Unknown problem" on initialization. (For every map I moved both the sqlitedb and the sqlitedb-journal file). However, at this point none of my maps was actually completed for my purposes. So I continued downloading (and restarted the Norway download).
Now my Finland map is complete (~1.3 GB) and I tried repeatedly to copy the files to the SDcard (copying instead of moving to avoid risk of losing data). Every time Locus reports "Unknown problem" for the map on initialization.
So I assume this problem is related to the file size. But I have no idea whether this is caused by Locus or android or possibly a bad file manager.
Has anyone experienced similar problems? When having copied a file, is there a problem when Locus detects 2 file of the same file name? May renaming sqlitedb-files cause problems (I applied the same name for the sqlitedb and the journal file)?
